a leading manufacturer of Cold Forged Automotive Components and High Tensile Fasteners. With an inspiring and efficient work force, we, at
PRF, are capable enough to develop all of your ideas, materializing

the customer's continuing requirements of short development time and
value added quality product, we have state-of-the-art bolt formers
and part formers with an installed capacity of 10000 MT/120 million
pcs per annum to produce cold forged components to very high level of
precision, and thus eliminate the need for most of post forming
operations.
In
order to serve our customer better, we have a wire processing
facility equipped with modern PLC controlled spheriodised annealing
furnaces and wire drawing machines with a capacity of up to 30 mm in
diameter.
We

Ratna is committed to produce cold forged automotive components and
quality high tensile fasteners by using latest testing technology.
Each lot out of our production facility undergoes mechanical,
chemical, and metallurgical inspection from raw material receipt to
packing.
- Metallurgical
microscope-neophot 21: This microscope is equipped with Carl Zeiss
lens with magnification power up to 2000X. It is also equipped with
features like analyzer, poraizer, and attached camera for measuring
grain size, decarb, micro structure, inclusions rating and thread
laps, etc.
- Micro
hardness tester: To click vicker hardness and destabilization.
Attached with the computer, it gives automatic display of various
parameters required.
- Universal
testing machine: To check tensile strength elongation, yield
strength, reduction in area ratio.
- Magna
flux crack detector: To check cracks in critical components like
ball studs, etc.
- Profile
Projector: Equipped with sil optics, it has a resolution of .001 mm
and an accuracy of 0.05 % on profile. It also features X-Y Digital
read out functions.
- Rockwell
hardness tester: To check hardness in A, B & C scales.
- Eddy
current analyzer: To check variation in hardness of critical
components.
Production
Process
At
Punch Ratna Fasteners, state-of-the-art bolt formers are used to
produce cold forged automotive components and high strength high
tensile fasteners with high precision.
The
production
process is highly controlled to produce the products as per
customer's specifications. To compliment the production process, a
proper quality management system right from receipt of raw material
to the packing ensures the 100% traceability of component.
To
give our customer the desired product with best quality, we source
the raw material from major steel producers in India, Germany, and
